Anyone can say they do clean work. Showing it is different. On this page we’ve collected a few representative transformations from Atlanta garages: the way the door looked when we pulled up, what we did about it, and how it reads from the curb now. This is the same standard we apply to every repair and installation across the city.

Recent Transformations
Torsion Spring Failure in Virginia-Highland
A homeowner in Virginia-Highland hit the opener on a Monday morning and heard a loud bang from the garage. The right torsion spring, the large coil mounted above the door that does most of the lifting, had snapped clean through. We replaced both springs as a matched pair, remounted the cables, and ran the door through a full cycle test. Before the truck left, the door was opening and closing quieter than it had in months.
Opener Motor Burnout in Decatur
An old LiftMaster opener in Decatur had finally given out after more than a decade of daily duty. The motor hummed but the rail wouldn’t move, and the homeowner was parking on the street. We pulled the old unit, installed a new LiftMaster, and paired it with two remotes and a keypad. The family had working remotes and a programming walkthrough before we left.
Rotted Bottom Panel in East Atlanta
In East Atlanta, a wooden garage door had taken on water at the bottom edge for years, and the bottom panel had rotted to the point of crumbling. Rather than sell a full door replacement, Aaron looked at the frame and told the owner the honest truth: the upper panels were fine. We ordered a matching bottom section, swapped it in, and replaced the weather seal. Total cost came in well under what a new door would have run.
Off-Track Door in Sandy Springs
A door in Sandy Springs had jumped the track after a cable let go, leaving the whole thing hanging at a sharp angle partway open. It was jammed hard enough that the homeowner couldn’t close it at all, which becomes a security issue fast. We got the door back on its track, replaced the worn cable, and swapped in new rollers. The door has been running straight since.
Full Replacement in Buckhead
A Buckhead home had the original steel door from the mid-1990s, and two of the four sections had taken enough dents from bikes and basketballs to compromise the structure. Patching it would have been throwing money at a door near the end of its life, so we measured and quoted a full replacement. We installed a new Amarr door with new tracks, springs, and weather seals. The garage is tighter now and the house reads differently from the street.
Garage Door Opener Repair in Roswell
In Roswell, a homeowner’s Chamberlain opener would start, then grind and stop halfway up. The chain had stretched past the point of adjustment. We replaced the chain assembly, reset the travel limits, and lubricated the rail. It cost a fraction of a new opener and the door has cycled cleanly since.
